This winter, we are likely to all be spending more time inside, but it is more important than even to keep healthy and active. As Chief Medical Officer Professor Chris Whitty said “There is no situation, there is no age and no condition where exercise is not a good thing.” So we have to adapt, and find ways to keep active indoors. This is why the Down’s Syndrome Association has launched DSEngage, a series of activities for you to do at home. From dance, yoga, fitness challenges to arts and crafts, there is something to suit everyone. Every week day a new video will be launched, so keep an eye on the YouTube playlist for the new videos.
We want to know what activities you want us to cover, so drop us an email or comment on the videos on social media.
