Bolero – Guest Blog

This is a guest blog by Bolero. He plays football for Millwall DSActive team. He is a big Millwall fan and he was featured in the Millwall Season Ticket Launch for 2019-2020 season.


What is your name?
My name is Bolero.

Do you like sports?
Yes, I love playing and watching most sports.

What skills have you learnt in sports?
I have learned team work, dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and footwork.

What are your favourite sports?
My favourite sports are football and tennis

Do you enjoy sports? If so, why?
I love sport as I have a lot of energy and sport makes me happy.

Who is your favourite football player/ coach?
Favourite Players: Aiden O’Brien who I have and Mahlon Romeo (Millwall F.C.)
Coaches: Ben, Steve and Leo (MCT)
Community Development Manager: Richard White. Richard  always takes the time to chat to me. 

What new sports would you like to try?
Basketball and ice skating/ ice hockey. 

What do you eat before playing sports?
I enjoy fresh fruit before playing sports.

What’s your favourite meal?
My favourite meal is roast chicken dinner with gravy

Would you like to say anything else?
I started DSActive Football at Millwall four years ago and love being part Millwall Community Trust. I have done some amazing things from taking part in my first DSActive national festival in 2017 to being part of Millwall 2019/20 season ticket campaign and also being on one of their match day programmes.
